A Child’s Dream is Holding their Annual Holiday Outreach in Culver City
Martin Feinberg, Realtor, knows that the holiday season, while magical and exciting for some, can also mean anxiety and stress for those families that are struggling to stay a head. Every parent wants their family to enjoy Christmas, but not every parent has the means to accomplish that goal. For that reason, Living Waters-West L.A. is hosting A Child’s Dream (ACD) Annual Holiday Outreach for the tenth year in a row.
According to Cassandra Sampson, Founder and Executive Director of A Child’s Dream CA, “in many cases, the average K-12th grade parent can spend quite a bit of money during the holidays. Imagine a family with three or four children, the cost can be overwhelming. A Child’s Dream-CA plans to distribute toys, personal hygiene items, canned and dry goods to 700 children and their families. We want to make sure that children are remembered during this special time of the year.”
The mission of Child’s Dream is “Helping to meet essential needs through practical means; one man, one household, one street, one community at a time.” There are chapters throughout California, including the Culver City Real Estate area.
The Annual Holiday Outreach event will take place on Saturday December 16 at the Culver City Teen Center located at 4153 South Overland Avenue, Culver City, CA 90230. Distribution will take place between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
