Culver City East
The Culver City East neighborhood has become known as the “art district” over the past several years with the development of trendy restaurants and art galleries along Washington Bl. The neighborhood is bordered by Washington Bl on the North, National Bl on the South, La Cienega on the east and the Washington/National intersection on the West. The neighborhood park was for many years known as McManus Park and later renamed Sid Kronenthal Park after the longtime Culver City Parks director who retired and was honored with the park renaming. Culver City East has approximately 325 homes with a mixture of single family residences and duplexes. About one third of the homes were built in the 1920’s with the rest built in the 30’s and 40’s.
