Martin and the people working with him made the process of marketing my deceased father’s condominium easy. I can’t overstate this: Martin made it easy. He and his people were there promptly when there were problems and solved the problems speedily and with minimum of fuss; they were truthful, accurate, professional and prompt in all communications; and they were diligent and worked hard and intelligently in pricing and marketing the condominium. Martin was even able to help us with aspects of the sale that weren’t strictly within the scope of what was necessary. He was able to tell us how to dispose of my deceased father’s derelict car, for which we had no paperwork. We had been trying to find a way to get rid of the car for two years and had been stumped by the lack of documentation. Martin referred us to an agency that was able to take the car and provide us with a nice charitable donation credit. Martin’s contractors, who worked to put the condo in marketable condition, were great people who did great work. Martin worked with them to convert a dingy, dirty, dark and distressed-looking condo that hadn’t seen new carpet or paint in 20 years and had bathrooms that were a wreck into a bright, airy, clean and showable property in a minimum amount of time and within the budget we had to work with. Because my husband and I had never sold any property before, and had gone through the “escrow from hell” when we bought our house in 1984, we were afraid that selling the condo would be a painful and difficult process. Instead, it was a smooth and easy process with a happy ending. It was amazing to me that every time I contacted Martin to ask him if there were things that my husband and I needed to do, his response was always a variation on “I’m taking care of that, don’t worry about it.” AND IT WAS TRUE!!!! Whatever needed doing, he and his team did it. I am very grateful to Martin and his team for the job they did preparing our condo for showing, marketing it, and working with the buyer to get the deal done without delay or difficulty. Count me as a very, very, very, very, very satisfied customer who would list property with Martin again in a heartbeat if we ever became sellers again.
