Lindberg Park

The Lindberg Park neighborhood used to be called Studio Village and is bordered by Overland on the east, Jefferson on the south, Ballona Creek on the north and the Heritage Estates neighborhood to the west. The neighborhood consists of approximately 300 homes around a central park that features basketball, children’s playground, tennis, and baseball field. The rec building at the east end of the park houses La Playa Nursery School which is a parent run co-op in operation for over 40 years. Many years ago was a shooting range underground, directly under the rec building. A footbridge at the east end of the park goes across the Ballona Creek to the bike path and schools.
